Friends of TCA celebrates the 18-19 season with the fall opening of Monster Stories, an exhibition celebrating the 200th anniversary of the novel, “Frankenstein.” Mary Shelley’s groundbreaking work continues to spark relevant discussions about science, technology and humanity. Inspired by the ongoing popularity of the genre, the Gallery at TCA features works from local and national artists, toys and memorabilia from private collections.

Friends members are welcome to bring guests. Please R.S.V.P to info@friendsoftca.org.

Performance with a View

This public outreach series runs monthly from September to May and offers intimate performances in the TCA’s beautiful Lakeside Room. These informative and entertaining concerts feature guest artists from a variety of artistic disciplines. Complimentary coffee service begins at 9:30 a.m. and the program follows at 10 a.m. The TCA Gallery is also open.

“Performance with a View” performers share not only their talents with the audience, but they also talk about themselves and their art. Most performers are graduate students and faculty from the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts School of Music at Arizona State University.
